ﻫﻞ ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻮﺍﺋﺪ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻅ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ ؟
-1 ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻅ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺒﻊ
ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺼﺒﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻛﺮ ﻳﺠﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺲ ﻣﺸﺮﻗﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ
ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ .
-2 ﺍﻟﻨﺸﺎﻁ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﻛﺜﻴﺮﺍ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﺒﺎﺡ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻅ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ ،

ﺃﻧﻚ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﺑﺈﻣﻜﺎﻧﻚ ﻓﻌﻞ ﻣﺰﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﻭﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ
ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻣﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﺎﺯﺍﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﺑﻘﻴﺔ .
-5 ﺃﺛﺒﺘﺖ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﻋﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻅ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ ﻳﺴﺎﻫﻢ

ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻅ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ ﻷﻧﻬﺎ ﻟﻦ ﺗﺜﻘﻞ ﺟﺴﺪﻙ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻟﻌﺪﻡ ﻗﻴﺎﻡ
ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻬﻀﻤﻲ ﺑﺪﻭﺭﻩ ﻓﻲ ﻫﻀﻢ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ .
-2 ﺍﻟﺬﻫﺎﺏ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﺮﻳﺮ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ، ﺣﺘﻰ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﻦ ﺗﺮﻳﺪ
ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﺣﺎﻟﻴﺎ، ﻓﺎﺳﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩﻙ ﻟﻠﻨﻮﻡ ﺳﻴﺠﻌﻠﻚ ﺗﻨﺎﻡ ﺗﺪﺭﻳﺠﻴﺎ، ﻭﻫﺬﺍ
ﺳﻴﺠﻌﻞ ﺍﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻇﻚ ﺻﺒﺎﺣﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺳﻬﻠﺔ ، ﻓﻼﺑﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺤﺪﺩ
ﻭﻗﺖ ﻣﻌﻴﻦ ﺗﺨﻠﺪ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻡ ﻳﻮﻣﻴﺎ، ﻭﻳﻔﻀﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ
ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﻨﺘﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ .
-3 ﺍﺑﺘﻌﺪ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺒﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﺘﺠﻌﻠﻚ ﺗﺄﺭﻕ ﻟﻴﻼ
ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﺘﻘﻀﻲ ﻭﻗﺖ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺬﻫﺐ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻮﻡ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ،
ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺳﻴﺠﻌﻠﻚ ﻻ ﺗﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻴﻘﺎﻅ ﻣﺒﻜﺮﺍ .
-4 ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﻋﺪﺩ ﺳﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﻳﻮﻣﻚ ﻟﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﻴﻦ 6 – 8

-7 ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﺷﺒﺎﻙ ﺃﻭ ﺷﺮﻓﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺮﻓﺘﻚ ﻓﺴﺘﺴﺎﻋﺪﻙ
