وهـذا أنا لم ترهق أحرفي بالكتابة عنك
يا ريحانة قلبي وسلطانة حبي
فمنذو أن عرفتك أيقنت أن الغزل كتب لجمالك
والرثاء تسطر لطيبك
والمديح خــط لأخـلآقك
فلك سأرهـق أحرفي ولو بلغـت منازل الوهم والخيال
فهـذا أنا لم أتعب من الرجاء
ولم أمل من حنينِ للقاء
