نحن نائب أمير منطقة الرياض صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير

بناء على مايقوومون به أهالي محافظة القطيف من محاولة الاعتداء على أمن الدولة ورجال أمنها فقد أمرنا بما يلي.

1 _ سيتم قطع الماء والكهرباء في تمام إلساعه 2 ليلا حتى يتم تسليم أنفسهم للدوله.
2_ سيتم تجميد رواتب موظفي أهالي محافظة القطيف من بداية تاريخ هذا الشهر حتى يتم تسليم الأسلحه للدوله.
3 _ سيتم رفع غداً الصباح علم رابطة العالم الاسلامي وعلم المملكة العربيه السعوديه خفاق على سطح إمارة محافظة القطيف حتى يعلم إصحاب الشغب ان الدولة بأمكانها ان تقضي على العنف والشغب باسرع حال.
