ok i think the problem is really the 'sleeping habit' just try to change it little by little. It will take time.. Anyway i have to go now.. We have visitors coming so ill be very busy today.
follow up question: did you follow doctors advice? You know chatting is one mere fact that affects our sleeping habit. Like me i used to sleep normally 10pm and when i started this night chatting i think ive slept late 2am for 2 consecutive days and it affects my daily routine
