تلاقى الجمال و القبح
ذات يوم
على شاطئ البحر..
فقال كلّ منهما للآخر:
هل لك أن تسبح؟
ثم خلعا ملابسهما و خاضا العباب ..
و بعد برهة عاد القبح إلى الشاطئ
و إرتدى ثياب الجمال
و مضى في سبيله ..
و جاء الجمال أيضاً من البحر
و لم يجد لباسه
و خجل كل الخجل أن يكون عارياً..
و لذلك لبس رداء القبح و مضى في سبيله..
و منذ ذلك اليوم .. و الناس يخطئون كلما تلاقوا في معرفة بعضهم البعض ..
غير أن هنالك نفراً ممن يتفرّسون في وجه الجمال و يعرفونه رغم ثيابه ..
و ثمة نفر يعرفون وجه القبح و الثوب الذي يلبسه لا يخفيه عن أعينهم .
