yup anemia like polycythemia or aplastic anemia are the causes of splenomegaly or evn hepatosplenomegaly. . . . . I dono how to explain all here but just know that wit every increase in the decrease hemoglobin u can find that there an impairment in the systemic part. But as much as anemia n splenomegaly u can hardly get a case. Infections r 90 percent causes
